{"id":8170,"date":"2022-04-15T13:49:18","date_gmt":"2022-04-15T11:49:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=8170"},"modified":"2022-04-15T13:49:18","modified_gmt":"2022-04-15T11:49:18","slug":"spatzli-aux-epinards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/15\/spatzli-aux-epinards\/","title":{"rendered":"Sp\u00e4tzli aux \u00e9pinards"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00e9dacteur Jack<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recette suisse du Tessin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombre de parts: 2<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 20 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson: 10 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><br>500 g d\u2019\u00e9pinards<br>50 g de beurre<br>1 oignon<br>5 cuillers \u00e0 soupe de panure<br>250 g de farine<br>2 \u0153ufs<br>1 cuiller \u00e0 soupe de persil hach\u00e9<br>Sel<br>Noix de muscade<br>Sbrinz r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><br>Pelez et hachez finement l&#8217;oignon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tuvez les \u00e9pinards, puis hachez les finement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites revenir, sans coloration, les oignons dans le beurre.<br>Ajoutez la panure et faites revenir sans colorer.<br>Incorporez la pur\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9pinards et laissez refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporez la farine, les \u0153ufs, le persil, le sel et la noix de muscade aux \u00e9pinards pour former une p\u00e2te \u00e9paisse.
