Faites sauter les p\u00e9toncles.<br>Hachez les grossi\u00e8rement. Ciselez le basilic.<br>M\u00e9langez le tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 ravioles au rouleau. D\u00e9coupez en deux parts \u00e9gales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur la premi\u00e8re d\u00e9posez des petits tas de farce.<br>Recouvrez de la seconde. Soudez les ravioles avec les doigts.<br>D\u00e9coupez \u00e0 l&#8217;emporte pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites cuire vos ravioles 3 minutes \u00e0 l&#8217;eau sal\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps montez au beurre le jus de cuisson des p\u00e9toncles.<br>Tout en continuant \u00e0 mixer ajoutez l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive le basilic et le persil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dressage :<\/strong><br>Dressez sur assiettes ti\u00e8des vos raviolis.<br>Nappez de sauce.
