Faites \u00e9paissir \u00e0 feu vif tout en remuant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps faites cuire les ravioles dans le bouillon de poule port\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s que les ravioles remontent \u00e0 la surface elles sont pr\u00eates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dressage :<\/strong><br>Dressez les ravioles dans des assiettes creuses.<br>Nappez de sauce.
