{"id":8125,"date":"2022-04-15T13:11:55","date_gmt":"2022-04-15T11:11:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=8125"},"modified":"2022-04-15T13:11:56","modified_gmt":"2022-04-15T11:11:56","slug":"spaghettis-sauce-primavera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/15\/spaghettis-sauce-primavera\/","title":{"rendered":"Spaghettis sauce primavera"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00e9dacteur CocoE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour 4 \u00e0 6 personnes<br>Pr\u00e9paration : 25 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson : 15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><br>500 g de spaghettis<br>1 botte d\u2019asperges vertes<br>1 tasse de f\u00e8ves surgel\u00e9es<br>40 g de beurre<br>1 branche de c\u00e9leri \u00e9minc\u00e9<br>1 tasse de petits pois surgel\u00e9s<br>30 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br>\u00bd tasse de parmesan fra\u00eechement r\u00e2p\u00e9<br>Sel et poivre du moulin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><br>Plonger les p\u00e2tes dans une grande casserole d\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e<br>Cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient juste &#8220;al dente&#8221;. \u00c9goutter et replacer dans la casserole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant que les p\u00e2tes cuisent, couper les asperges en petits tron\u00e7ons.<br>Porter une casserole d\u2019eau, de taille moyenne, \u00e0 \u00e9bullition<br>Y placer les asperges et laisser cuire 2 minutes. \u00c9goutter les asperges \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une \u00e9cumoire<br>Les rafra\u00eechir sous l\u2019eau froide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plonger les f\u00e8ves dans une casserole d\u2019eau bouillante de taille moyenne.<br>Les \u00e9goutter imm\u00e9diatement. Les rafra\u00eechir sous l\u2019eau froide.<br>\u00c9goutter et laisser refroidir.<br>Oter la peau des f\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire fondre le beurre dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 frire.<br>Y placer le c\u00e9leri et faire revenir 2 minutes.<br>Verser les petits pois et la cr\u00e8me. Cuire 3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placer les asperges, les f\u00e8ves, le parmesan, le sel et le poivre<br>Porter la sauce \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.
