{"id":8118,"date":"2022-04-15T13:06:40","date_gmt":"2022-04-15T11:06:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=8118"},"modified":"2022-04-15T13:06:51","modified_gmt":"2022-04-15T11:06:51","slug":"salade-de-fetuccine-au-poulet-et-noix","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/15\/salade-de-fetuccine-au-poulet-et-noix\/","title":{"rendered":"Salade de fetuccines au poulet et noix"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00e9dacteur CocoE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombre de parts: 4<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 15 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson: 15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><br>500 g de blanc de poulet<br>500 g de fettucines<br>120 g de cerneaux de noix<br>1 botte de basilic frais<br>12 cl d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<br>4 cuillers \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration:<br>Faites cuire les p\u00e2tes \u00e0 l&#8217;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e.<br>Apr\u00e8s cuisson passez les \u00e0 l&#8217;eau froide pour les refroidir<br>\u00c9gouttez-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps faites cuire les blancs de poulet \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec une peu de beurre et d&#8217;huile.<br>Lorsque les blancs seront un peu refroidis, tailles-les en d\u00e9s ou en lani\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites grillez les cerneaux dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 sec pendant 5 minutes.<br>Ciselez les feuilles de basilic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un grand saladier m\u00e9langez les p\u00e2tes et les morceaux de poulet.<br>Ajoutez les noix et les feuilles de basilic.<br>Assaisonnez avec le jus de citron et l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.
