Faites-les blanchir 30 secondes \u00e0 l&#8217;eau bouillante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez et \u00e9mincez finement l&#8217;oignon. Hachez finement le gingembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez et hachez la gousse d&#8217;ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langez tous ces ingr\u00e9dients dans une saladier. Assaisonnez de sel poivre et de sauce soja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9posez, sur le plan de travail farin\u00e9, les wontons. Disposez au centre de chacun d&#8217;eux une portion de farce.<br>Refermez les wontons en forme de petits raviolis.
