Coupez-les en morceaux<br>Faites-les cuire 30 min dans de l&#8217;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e.<br>\u00c9gouttez-les et passez-les au presse-pur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez la pur\u00e9e de pomme de terre sur le plan de travail. M\u00e9langez \u00e0 la farine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque la p\u00e2te ne colle plus au doigt divisez-la en deux ou trois parts que vous roulez en forme de boudin sur un plan de travail farine. D\u00e9taillez les boudins de p\u00e2te en petits cubes<br>Jetez ceux-ci dans une casserole d&#8217;eau sal\u00e9e additionn\u00e9e d&#8217;huile sur un feu vif.<br>Les gnocchis sont cuits lorsqu&#8217;ils remontent \u00e0 la surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9gouttez les gnocchis.
