D\u00e9coupez le fromage de ch\u00e8vre en petits morceaux<br>Faites chauffer votre po\u00eale avec un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<br>Versez les \u0153ufs battus. Faites prendre doucement sans utiliser de cuill\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand l&#8217;omelette prend un belle consistance parsemez la de morceaux de fromage de ch\u00e8vre.<br>Disposez les feuilles de menthe cisel\u00e9es sur une moiti\u00e9 de l&#8217;omelette.<br>Salez et poivrez.
