Ciselez le persil.<br>Pelez et hachez les oignons.<br>Coupez le poivron en deux et \u00e9p\u00e9pinez-le.<br>D\u00e9taillez le en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans une po\u00eale.<br>Jetez-y les d\u00e9s de poivron et les oignons.<br>M\u00e9langez et faites les revenir pendant 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battez les \u0153ufs en omelette. Salez et poivrez.<br>Versez les \u0153ufs sur le m\u00e9lange oignons et poivron.
