D\u00e9coupez le saumon fum\u00e9 en lani\u00e8res.<br>Ciselez la ciboulette pour en obtenir 3 cuillers \u00e0 soupe environ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une jatte battez le fromage frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer un peu d&#8217;huile au fond d&#8217;une po\u00eale.<br>Lorsqu&#8217;elle est chaude, versez les \u0153ufs battus et laissez-les cuire 4 \u00e0 5 minutes \u00e0 feu doux pour que le dessous ait pris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9talez le fromage frais sur l&#8217;omelette.
