Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 150\u00b0C (th-5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites pocher les \u0153ufs dans de l&#8217;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comptez 2 minutes 30 secondes apr\u00e8s la reprise de l&#8217;\u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez les \u0153ufs poch\u00e9s dans les ramequins. Versez dessus la sauce tomate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites fondre le reste du beurre dans une petite casserole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9layez-y le jaune d&#8217;\u0153uf. Ajoutez la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et 3 gouttes de jus de citron. M\u00e9langez et versez sur les \u0153ufs.
