Faite-les revenir \u00e0 sec dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9gouttez-les sur du papier absorbant. \u00c9queutez et ciselez les \u00e9pinards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites les fondre dans une casserole pendant 5 minutes tout en les remuant. Salez et poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 210\u00b0C (th-7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parez un bain marie chaud. Disposez 6 ramequins individuels. R\u00e9partissez la moiti\u00e9 des lardons puis les \u00e9pinards dans chacun d&#8217;eux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cassez un \u00e0 un les \u0153ufs en s\u00e9parant les blancs des jaunes. Gardez les jaunes dans les coquilles. Versez les blancs dans les ramequins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfournez 10 minutes. R\u00e9partissez alors les jaunes sur les blancs. Comptez encore 2 minutes de cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9partissez le reste de lardons.
