Mettre les gousses dans une casserole.<br>Recouvrir d&#8217;eau froide. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. \u00c9gouttez les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les remettre dans la casserole vide.<br>Ajoutez la cr\u00e8me fleurette. Salez et poivrez. Ajoutez le piment de Cayenne.<br>Laissez cuire 30 minutes \u00e0 fr\u00e9missement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mixez les gousses d&#8217;ail pour obtenir un cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tuvez les tomates au four \u00e0 150\u00b0 (th 5) pendant 20 minutes.<br>Faites frire \u00e0 l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive la moiti\u00e9 des feuilles de basilic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites r\u00e9chauffer vos tartelettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps pr\u00e9parez vos \u0153ufs brouill\u00e9s.<br>Cassez les \u0153ufs. M\u00e9langez \u00e0 la fourchette mais ne battez pas. Beurrez de 20 g de beurre une casserole.<br>Pr\u00e9parez-y vos \u0153ufs brouill\u00e9s dans un bain marie tout en remuant constamment \u00e0 la spatule.<br>Lorsque vous avez obtenu une cr\u00e8me homog\u00e8ne, incorporez la cr\u00e8me d&#8217;ail.<br>M\u00e9langez sans arr\u00eat. Ajoutez petit \u00e0 petit le beurre restant.
