Pelez et ciselez l&#8217;\u00e9chalote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une sauteuse faites revenir les tomates \u00e0 l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive 10 minutes \u00e0 couvert.<br>Ajoutez l&#8217;ail et l&#8217;\u00e9chalote. Salez et poivrez.<br>Prolongez la cuisson \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9vaporation de l&#8217;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cassez les \u0153ufs dans la pur\u00e9e de tomates.
