Faire un puits au milieu.<br>Y d\u00e9poser l&#8217;\u0153uf battu. Travailler la p\u00e2te avec un peu d&#8217;eau.<br>Battre vigoureusement 10 minutes pour a\u00e9rer la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allonger la d&#8217;eau froide afin de la rendre fluide. Couvrer.
