Ajoutez \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<br>M\u00e9langez au fouet, vous devez obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez progressivement la bi\u00e8re et m\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites fondre le beurre et ajoutez-le.<br>Lorsqu&#8217;il est correctement int\u00e9gr\u00e9, laissez reposer la p\u00e2te 1 heure dans un endroit temp\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Montez les blancs d&#8217;\u0153ufs en neige ferme.
