Il doit \u00eatre ti\u00e8de.<br>A l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un pinceau, badigeonnez la p\u00e2te avec le beurre.<br>Saupoudrez la p\u00e2te du m\u00e9lange de sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Repliez le c\u00f4t\u00e9 gauche de 2\/3 vers la droite, puis le bord droit de 1\/3 vers la gauche.<br>Etalez au rouleau sur 30 x 30 cm. Repliez encore les bords droit et gauche vers le centre en laissant au centre un espace de 2 cm.
