Lorsqu&#8217;elle est souple et lisse formez une boule.<br>Couvrez d&#8217;un linge.<br>Laissez reposer 1 h30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le plan de travail farin\u00e9 p\u00e9trissez la p\u00e2te. Divisez la en 16 p\u00e2tons.<br>Fa\u00e7onnez des boules. Aplatissez les avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie en forme d&#8217;ovales de 5 cm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9posez-les sur un linge farin\u00e9. Couvrez de nouveau. Laissez reposer 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 250\u00b0 th 8\/9.<br>Huilez votre plaque de four et glissez la dans le four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu&#8217;elle est chaude d\u00e9posez les pitas.
