Ramassez en boule. Couvrez. Laissez reposer 1 h 30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporez le beurre. Ramassez en boule.<br>R\u00e9servez 4 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parez la garniture:<br>Faites gonfler les raisins \u00e0 l&#8217;eau ti\u00e8de<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9alisez une cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re:<br>Faites bouillir le lait avec la vanille en poudre.<br>Dans une terrine battez les jaunes d&#8217;\u0153ufs avec le sucre<br>Incorporez la farine, la Ma\u00efzena. D\u00e9layez avec le lait vanill\u00e9 bouillant<br>Faites \u00e9paissir sur feu doux jusqu&#8217;au premier bouillon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te au rouleau en un grand carr\u00e9. Recouvrez de cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re<br>Parsemez de raisins \u00e9goutt\u00e9s<br>Formez un rouleau de p\u00e2te bien serr\u00e9<br>Coupez en tranche de 3 cm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9posez les pains sur une plaque de four beurr\u00e9. Aplatissez les l\u00e9g\u00e8rement<br>Couvrez d&#8217;un linge.
