M\u00e9langez<br>Incorporez la p\u00e2te ferment\u00e9e. P\u00e9trissez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit souple et \u00e9lastique<br>Ramassez la en boule<br>Saupoudrez de farine et couvrez d&#8217;un linge. Laissez lever 1 heure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le plan de travail farin\u00e9 p\u00e9trissez de nouveau la p\u00e2te<br>Divisez la p\u00e2te en deux. Fa\u00e7onnez deux p\u00e2tons cylindriques d&#8217;environ 40 cm<br>Laissez reposer 15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec un manche en bois farin\u00e9 cr\u00e9ez un sillon au milieu de chacun des 2 p\u00e2tons<br>Elargissez bien le sillon ainsi cr\u00e9\u00e9.<br>D\u00e9posez les pains sur un linge le sillon en dessous.
