M\u00e9langez<br>Travaillez le m\u00e9lange jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtention d&#8217;une p\u00e2te souple<br>Lorsqu&#8217;elle se d\u00e9tache des parois du saladier formez une boule<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couvrez d&#8217;un linge. Laissez lever 1 heure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9, p\u00e9trissez la p\u00e2te en l&#8217;\u00e9tirant et la repliant sur elle m\u00eame plusieurs fois<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Divisez la en deux p\u00e2tons. Fa\u00e7onnez des pains ronds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9posez les dans des paniers recouverts de toiles farin\u00e9es<br>Couvrez.
