Ajouter l\u2019\u0153uf, le yaourt et le beurre clarifi\u00e9.<br>Ajouter progressivement le lait sans arr\u00eater de battre<br>(attention \u00e0 r\u00e9gler la consistance de la p\u00e2te avec le lait)<br>P\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te 5 minutes au batteur. Elle doit bien se d\u00e9coller des bords. La bouler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fa\u00e7onnage :<\/strong><br>La laisser reposer dans un endroit ti\u00e8de, recouverte d&#8217;un linge humide.<br>Elle doit doubler de volume. P\u00e9trir \u00e0 nouveau et fa\u00e7onner 6 p\u00e2tons.<br>A l&#8217;aide des doigts, abaisser chaque p\u00e2ton de forme ronde et d&#8217;un centim\u00e8tre d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur.<br>Laisser reposer \u00e0 nouveau. La p\u00e2te va regonfler un peu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuisson :<\/strong><br>Il y deux possibilit\u00e9s pour cuire des naans :<br>1\u00b0 La premi\u00e8re est de les cuire dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive avec un peu de beurre clarifi\u00e9.
