{"id":7583,"date":"2022-04-14T19:50:06","date_gmt":"2022-04-14T17:50:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=7583"},"modified":"2022-04-14T19:50:06","modified_gmt":"2022-04-14T17:50:06","slug":"brioche-aux-pralines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/14\/brioche-aux-pralines\/","title":{"rendered":"Brioche aux pralines"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00e9dacteur CocoE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombre de parts: 10<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 45 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson: 40 minutes<br>Temps de repos: 24 heures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><br>6 \u0153ufs<br>400 g de beurre ramolli + 30 g de beurre<br>500 f de farine<br>35 g de sucre<br>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<br>10 g de levure de boulanger<br>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;eau de fleur d&#8217;oranger<br>200 g de pralines<br>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de lait<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><br>Verser la farine dans un grand saladier.<br>Faire un puits au centre et y d\u00e9poser le sel, les \u0153ufs battus, la levure d\u00e9lay\u00e9e dans 10 cl d&#8217;eau chaude, 30 g de sucre, l&#8217;eau de fleur d&#8217;oranger.<br>M\u00e9langer \u00e0 la main, en soulevant la p\u00e2te pour bien lui incorporer de l&#8217;air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand elle commence \u00e0 se d\u00e9tacher des mains, incorporer petit \u00e0 petit le beurre ramolli.<br>Quand la p\u00e2te est devenue bien lisse, la poser dans le saladier, la laisser reposer 45 minutes dans un endroit ti\u00e8de. Une fois la p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e, la battre du plat de la main pour la faire retomber<br>Couvrir \u00e0 nouveau la terrine avec un torchon.<br>La mettre au frais pour la faire lever une nuit enti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le lendemain, p\u00e9trir \u00e0 nouveau la p\u00e2te pour la faire retomber.
