Dans un bol d\u00e9layez la levure \u00e0 l&#8217;eau ti\u00e8de<br>Dans un bol battez l&#8217;\u0153uf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langez la farine avec le sucre, le sel. Incorporez la levure, le lait ti\u00e9di et l&#8217;\u0153uf battu<br>P\u00e9trissez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtention d&#8217;une p\u00e2te \u00e9lastique<br>Couvrez d&#8217;un linge. Laissez lever 1 heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garniture<br>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez les raisins sec, 50 g d&#8217;\u00e9corces d&#8217;oranges confites coup\u00e9es en petits d\u00e9s, le zeste de citron, la cassonade et la cannelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Travail<\/strong><br>Sur le plan de travail p\u00e9trissez de nouveau la p\u00e2te. \u00c9talez-la au rouleau en lui donnant la forme d&#8217;un rectangle. Recouvrez-la de garniture en laissant un bord de 2 cm.<br>Passez \u00e0 nouveau le rouleau<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roulez la p\u00e2te sur elle m\u00eame. Coupez le cylindre en 9 tranches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrez un moule carr\u00e9 de 20 cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9<br>D\u00e9posez-y les tranches de p\u00e2te. Couvrez.
