{"id":7545,"date":"2022-04-14T17:47:33","date_gmt":"2022-04-14T15:47:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=7545"},"modified":"2022-04-14T17:47:34","modified_gmt":"2022-04-14T15:47:34","slug":"tiramisu-facon-phanou","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/14\/tiramisu-facon-phanou\/","title":{"rendered":"Tiramisu fa\u00e7on Phanou"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00e9dacteur Phanou<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombre de parts: 6<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 30 minutes<br>Temps de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration: 4 heures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><br>24 biscuits \u00e0 la cuiller<br>250 g de mascarpone<br>3 \u0153ufs<br>75 g de sucre<br>2 tasses de caf\u00e9 tr\u00e8s fort<br>1 petit verre d&#8217;Amaretto<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cacao en poudre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><br>S\u00e9parez les blancs des jaunes d&#8217;\u0153ufs.<br>Battez les jaunes avec le sucre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtention d&#8217;une cr\u00e8me mousseuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez y le mascarpone et m\u00e9langez \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un fouet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battez les blancs d&#8217;\u0153ufs en neige tr\u00e8s ferme et incorporez les d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me au mascarpone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez l&#8217;Amaretto dans le caf\u00e9 et m\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un \u00e0 un, trempez les biscuits \u00e0 la cuiller dans le caf\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;Amaretto. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure, disposez en huit dans un plat rectangulaire adapt\u00e9 aux 8 biscuits.
