Remontez la temp\u00e9rature du four \u00e0 th 8-9 (250\u00b0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, \u00e9gouttez les fruits au sirop<br>coupez-les en quartiers ou en gros d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez les petits-suisses, l&#8217;eau de fleur d&#8217;oranger, la cr\u00e8me, le sucre et les \u0153ufs \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un fouet.
