Portez doucement \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Baissez le feu et couvrez \u00e0 moiti\u00e9. Laissez cuire 40 minutes \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez ensuite dans des ramequins.
