Battre les jaunes avec le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse.<br>Ajouter la farine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire fondre le chocolat en petits morceaux avec 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019eau au bain marie.<br>Ajouter toujours au bain marie mais hors du feu les 200 gr de beurre en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter la sauce au chocolat au m\u00e9lange jaunes d\u2019\u0153uf \u2013sucre- farine.<br>Ajouter les blancs mont\u00e9s en neige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrer un moule.
