Battez les autres avec le sucre en m\u00e9lange mousseux.<br>Incorporez le beurre en parcelles puis la farine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e9trissez bien la p\u00e2te qui peut \u00eatre mise en boule et aplatissez la avec la paume de la main dans un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 beurr\u00e9 de 25 cm de diam\u00e8tre. Dorez le dessus au jaune d&#8217;\u0153uf avec un pinceau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (th-6).
