Les oignons ne doivent pas colorer ou si peu!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque les oignons ont fondu (ils doivent se r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e \u00e0 la fourchette), poudrez les de farine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remuez et petit \u00e0 petit versez le lait chaud dessus en fouettant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laissez cuire 10 minutes cette b\u00e9chamel aux oignons \u00e0 tout petit feu en remuant souvent pour qu&#8217;elle n&#8217;attache pas au fond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salez, poivrez<br>Muscadez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dressage :<\/strong><br>Servez cette sauce en sauci\u00e8re<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Notes<\/strong>:<br>Elle accompagne les viandes froides et les \u0153ufs poch\u00e9s.<br>Vous pouvez ne pas faire la liaison \u00e0 la farine et rajouter 200 g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche aux oignons.
