Les couper en tranches \u00e9paisses. Les faire blanchir 5 minutes (seulement pour les poires &#8220;cur\u00e9&#8221;). Les disposer au fond d&#8217;un plat \u00e0 tarte beurr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire bouillir le lait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une terrine, d\u00e9poser la farine. Ajouter les \u0153ufs entiers et le sucre<br>Malaxer le tout. Ajouter le lait bouillant.
