{"id":7041,"date":"2022-04-13T20:56:17","date_gmt":"2022-04-13T18:56:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=7041"},"modified":"2022-04-13T20:56:17","modified_gmt":"2022-04-13T18:56:17","slug":"gateau-leger-aux-poires","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/13\/gateau-leger-aux-poires\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau l\u00e9ger aux poires"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00e9dacteur CORAIL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombre de parts: 4<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 15 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson: 1 heure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><br>200 g de fromage blanc \u00e0 0%<br>1 yaourt nature<br>2 \u0153ufs<br>1 blanc d&#8217;\u0153uf<br>40 f de ma\u00efzena<br>200 g de poires fondantes ( pes\u00e9es \u00e9pluch\u00e9es)<br>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;\u00e9dulcorant<br>le jus d&#8217;un citron<br>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><br>D\u00e9layer avec soin la ma\u00efzena dans le yaourt pr\u00e9alablement battu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser dans une casserole, faire chauffer \u00e0 feu doux sans cesser de remuer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paississe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporer le fromage blanc, fouetter et retirer du feu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes d&#8217;\u0153ufs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer vivement les jaunes et une cuill\u00e8re de la pr\u00e9paration, puis incorporer ce m\u00e9lange au reste de la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battre les blancs en neige tr\u00e8s ferme avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel, les ajouter d\u00e9licatement au m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter l&#8217;\u00e9dulcorant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser dans un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 \u00e0 rev\u00eatement anti-adh\u00e9sif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9partir \u00e0 la surface les lamelles de poires citronn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire cuire \u00e0 four moyen (thermostat 5 ) pendant 50 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9mouler le g\u00e2teau une fois refroidi et le servir froid<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notes:<\/strong><br>150 Calories par personnes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour que le g\u00e2teau se d\u00e9moule encore plus facilement, verser la p\u00e2te dans le moule humide ( pass\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;eau et non essuy\u00e9 ), ou bien utiliser du papier sulfuris\u00e9.
