{"id":7023,"date":"2022-04-13T20:42:32","date_gmt":"2022-04-13T18:42:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=7023"},"modified":"2022-04-13T20:42:32","modified_gmt":"2022-04-13T18:42:32","slug":"gateau-corse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/13\/gateau-corse\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau corse"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00e9dacteur Pattes Jaunes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombre de parts: 6<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 15 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson: 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><br>200 g de farine<br>200 g de sucre en poudre<br>3 \u0153ufs<br>1 sachet de levure<br>2 sachets de sucre vanill\u00e9<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de rhum ou d&#8217;eau de fleur d&#8217;oranger<br>50 g de beurre<br>10 cl de Lait<br>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><br>Dans un saladier mettre.<br>les \u0153ufs et les battre en omelette.<br>Ajouter le sel et le beurre fondu et battre le tout.<br>Ajouter le sucre vanill\u00e9 et le sucre en poudre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battre le tout jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une mousse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer la levure \u00e0 la farine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporer le tout dans la mousse de sucre.
