R\u00e9servez une partie pour la tailler en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Effilochez le reste de la chair.<br>Dans le bol du mixeur m\u00e9langez la chair avec le sucre et le fromage frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Montez les blancs d&#8217;\u0153ufs en neige ferme.
