Retirez les graines.<br>Pr\u00e9levez la chair avec une petite cuill\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez les dans le bol d&#8217;un mixeur avec le jus de citron.<br>Mixez en pur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez le lait et le sucre.
