M\u00ealez farine, levure et 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battez le beurre morcel\u00e9 et le sucre pour obtenir une cr\u00e8me.<br>Ajoutez les \u0153ufs un \u00e0 un en fouettant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez par petits volumes en alternant farine et jus de citron.<br>Ajoutez zeste et gingembre hach\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emplissez le moule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfournez 10 minutes. Baissez le th \u00e0 180\u00b0 C.
