Battez les blancs en neige avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel.<br>R\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez les jaunes dans un saladier. Ajoutez le sucre en poudre.<br>Battez longuement au fouet jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse et double de volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez petit \u00e0 petit le m\u00e9lange farine f\u00e9cule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0 C ( th 6). Lavez le citron.<br>R\u00e2pez le zeste au dessus de la p\u00e2te sans m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporez 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de blancs en neige \u00e0 la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez d&#8217;un bloc le reste des blancs en neige sur la p\u00e2te.<br>M\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une spatule en bois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrez un moule avec le beurre. Saupoudrez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de farine.<br>Versez la p\u00e2te dans le moule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfournez 45 minutes.
