{"id":6642,"date":"2022-04-13T13:35:05","date_gmt":"2022-04-13T11:35:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=6642"},"modified":"2022-04-13T13:35:06","modified_gmt":"2022-04-13T11:35:06","slug":"bavarois-au-caramel-et-pralin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/13\/bavarois-au-caramel-et-pralin\/","title":{"rendered":"Bavarois au caramel et pralin"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00e9dacteur Jack<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombre de parts: 6<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 15 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson: 15 minutes<br>Temps de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration: 12 heures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><br>60 cl de lait<br>3 cuillers \u00e0 soupe de caramel liquide<br>2 cuillers \u00e0 soupe de sucre en poudre<br>6 jaunes d&#8217;\u0153ufs<br>10 feuilles de g\u00e9latine<br>120 g de pralin en poudre<br>50 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><br>Montez la cr\u00e8me en Chantilly.<br>R\u00e9servez au frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une casserole faites bouillir le lait additionn\u00e9 du caramel et du sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez les jaunes d&#8217;\u0153ufs dans une autre casserole.<br>Versez le lait bouillant petit \u00e0 petit sur les jaunes d&#8217;\u0153ufs.<br>Faites \u00e9paissir \u00e0 feu doux<br>La pr\u00e9paration ne doit absolument pas bouillir<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites ramollir les feuilles de g\u00e9latine dans de l&#8217;eau ti\u00e8de.<br>Incorporez une \u00e0 une les feuilles de g\u00e9latine dans la pr\u00e9paration chaude.<br>M\u00e9langez bien. Ajoutez le pralin. Laissez refroidir.<br>Lorsque la pr\u00e9paration est refroidie mais non prise incorporez la Chantilly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez la pr\u00e9paration dans un moule \u00e0 c\u00f4tes.
