Enlevez le c\u0153ur.  Faites mac\u00e9rer les raisins dans l&#8217;alcool de poire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (th-6.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez les tranches de poire sur la partie centrale.<br>Garnissez les creux d&#8217;un peu de miel. Remplissez de raisins.<br>Parsemez de noix.<br>Saupoudrez de sucre roux et de cannelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rabattez les lani\u00e8res sur les fruits en formant une tresse.<br>Dorez \u00e0 l&#8217;\u0153uf.
