Faites un puits et ajoutez le beurre ramolli, un oeuf et 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel.<br>Incorporez la levure d\u00e9lay\u00e9e. Travaillez avec les doigts en ajoutant un peu de lait.<br>Formez une boule et laissez reposer 1 heure \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 210\u00b0C (th-7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abaissez la p\u00e2te et garnissez en un moule \u00e0 tarte pr\u00e9alablement beurr\u00e9.<br>Saupoudrez avec le reste de vergeoise.
