Coupez les en tout petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fendez les gousses de vanilles dans la longueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180 \u00b0 C (th-6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un grand saladier m\u00e9langez les d\u00e9s de rhubarbe et le sucre.<br>Ajoutez les graines des gousses de vanilles et le vinaigre balsamique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez le tout dans un plat \u00e0 gratin.
