Saupoudrez de 30 g de sucre et la cannelle.<br>Quand elles commencent \u00e0 caram\u00e9liser, ajoutez les raisins. D\u00e9glacez avec le cidre.<br>Laissez r\u00e9duire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtention d&#8217;une consistance sirupeuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dressage\u00a0:<\/strong><br>Fouettez la cr\u00e8me en chantilly.
