Faites fondre le reste de beurre sur feu tr\u00e8s doux en retirant la casserole avant qu&#8217;il ne soit compl\u00e8tement fondu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cassez les \u0153ufs dans une terrine. Ajoutez le sucre et une pinc\u00e9e de sel.<br>Travaillez au fouet afin d&#8217;obtenir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporez le beurre fondu, puis la farine que vous verserez en pluie en fouettant vivement la pr\u00e9paration.<br>Faites chauffer le lait.
