{"id":6372,"date":"2022-04-13T06:16:24","date_gmt":"2022-04-13T04:16:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=6372"},"modified":"2022-04-13T06:16:25","modified_gmt":"2022-04-13T04:16:25","slug":"compote-de-pommes-au-caramel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/13\/compote-de-pommes-au-caramel\/","title":{"rendered":"Compote de pommes au caramel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00e9dacteur anjhel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombre de parts : 4<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 30 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson : 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><br>1,5 kg de pommes,<br>200 g de sucre en poudre,<br>5 g de gros sel,<br>100 g de beurre demi-sel,<br>5 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide,<br>1 citron (zeste et jus)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><br>\u00c9plucher, \u00e9p\u00e9piner, couper et citronner les pommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u00ealer les pommes dans 100 g de sucre, 50 g de beurre, le zeste et le sel.<br>Laisser cuire avec couvercle pendant 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9aliser votre caramel en faisant chauffer 100 g de sucre dans une casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais<br>(faire bien dorer le sucre)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remuer vigoureusement avec une spatule, ajouter 50 g de beurre demi-sel, puis 5 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide.<br>Cuire 5 minutes.
