Couvrez et laissez cuire 20 minutes tout en remuant.<br>Retirez les \u00e9pices (clou de girofle, cannelle et badiane)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 240\u00b0C (th-8).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Montez les blancs d&#8217;\u0153ufs en neige ferme avec la pinc\u00e9e de sel tout en incorporant le reste de sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez la compote dans des ramequins individuels.
