Faites griller le reste dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive<br>Hachez-les grossi\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrez et farinez les bords int\u00e9rieurs d&#8217;un moule rectangulaire. Tapissez le fond de papier sulfuris\u00e9 beurr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langez vivement les \u0153ufs entiers et la cassonade \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un fouet.<br>Hachez grossi\u00e8rement le chocolat. Faites-le fondre au bain-marie . Ajoutez-lui le beurre en parcelles.<br>M\u00e9langez bien, versez sur la pr\u00e9paration aux \u0153ufs. Ajoutez la farine tamis\u00e9e, le sel et les noix hach\u00e9es.<br>M\u00e9langez \u00e0 nouveau, avec une spatule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9talez la pr\u00e9paration dans le moule. Parsemez des cerneaux de noix entiers r\u00e9serv\u00e9s et des framboises<br>Saupoudrez toute la surface de sucre glace<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfournez 20 minutes environ \u00e0 180\u00b0C (th-6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9moulez ti\u00e8de, puis coupez en carr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battez la cr\u00e8me en chantilly.
