Mettez les dans un grand saladier et \u00e9crasez-les, \u00e0 la fourchette, afin d&#8217;obtenir une pur\u00e9e. Ajoutez le sucre et m\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langez les farines dans une jatte. Incorporez les farines ainsi que les \u0153ufs entiers et la levure.<br>M\u00e9langez de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. Elle doit \u00eatre souple, ni trop \u00e9paisse ni trop liquide.<br>Ajoutez la pur\u00e9e de banane. Laissez reposer la p\u00e2te 1 \u00e0 2 heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer l&#8217;huile.
