Faire cuire jusqu&#8217;au boul\u00e9 (voir lexique)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser les framboises dans le sirop. Porter \u00e0 grande \u00e9bullition<br>Remuer sans arr\u00eat avec une \u00e9cumoire tout en \u00e9crasant le plus possible les fruits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 15 minutes , la confiture est pr\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec la louche prendre la confiture et la passer au tamis tr\u00e8s fin ,pos\u00e9 sur une terrine \u00e9bouillant\u00e9e, afin d&#8217;en obtenir une gel\u00e9e. Ne pas trop \u00e9craser la pulpe, pour obtenir une gel\u00e9e tr\u00e8s claire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre en pots.
