Sans les peler, coupez-les en gros morceaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez-les dans une bassine \u00e0 confiture avec un filet de citron.<br>Arrosez de 2 l d&#8217;eau. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<br>Laissez cuire 20 \u00e0 25 min \u00e0 feu doux jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les morceaux soient tendres<br>(plantez une allumette dans la chair pour v\u00e9rifier).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Filtrez ensuite \u00e0 travers une passoire doubl\u00e9e d&#8217;un linge en laissant s&#8217;\u00e9couler le jus sans presser les fruits, afin que la gel\u00e9e soit claire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesurez le jus obtenu et comptez 1 kg de sucre par litre de jus. R\u00e9unissez jus et sucre dans la bassine.<br>Faites bouillir 30 min environ \u00e0 feu vif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e9rifiez la cuisson : quelques gouttes vers\u00e9es sur une assiette froide figent aussit\u00f4t. Au besoin, prolongez un peu la cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9cumez, puis mettez en pot. Laissez refroidir.
