La couper en tron\u00e7ons<br>La mettre dans une terrine et la saupoudrer avec le sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laisser mac\u00e9rer 24 heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire chauffer le tout dans la bassine. Quand l&#8217;\u00e9bullition commence compter 25 \u00e0 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remuer de temps en temps pour que la confiture n&#8217;attache pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9cumer en fin de cuisson, v\u00e9rifier la consistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre en pot.
